Waking Up Walking

Did you meditate with Dr. Joe Dispenza and 140,000+ others in Walk for the World Saturday? You can find the meditation here for free. (And remember, time is a construct, so you can join us in space whenever it works for you!) Seda and I walked in bliss together on her first foray into the world of Dr. Joe meditations. We were vibing high through and through.
One of the best parts of meditating with friends is getting to hear about one another’s experience after. We chatted quietly while walking our dog through the park. “Did you have any big insights?” I asked. “Big?” she said, pondering. “No … more of a cozy wrap-around joy. How about you?”
“That’s sweet,” I told her. “I did have an ah-hah for sure. You know how he asked us to imagine the world being better … healed, magnificent?” Seda nodded. “Well, at first I imagined what kinds of things people would be doing. Didn’t you?” She agreed. “And then it dawned on me that this thought was missing countless other species and how they would be doing in a healed and magnificent world.
What would that tree look and feel like, I wondered. And those ants? How would the sky vibrate differently, and the soil beneath my feet?” Seda’s eyes grew bright. “I hadn’t thought of that,” she said.
“That’s what I love about Dr. Joe-type meditations,” I said. “When I elevate my feelings, the quality of my thoughts rises to meet them. I think new thoughts, and I’m so grateful. I’ve been shifting my center of awareness to include all beings for some time, and I’m happy to find one more place to do it. Another step towards alignment.” I’m loving every minute of it.
What insights have you experienced lately when you opened to a more joyful vibration?
