Vlog: Guided Meditation: Feeling Your Body Whole and In Love

This is a guided meditation focused on loving and honoring the body in its wholeness. Sometimes it's easier to love the IDEA of your body than it is to love the ACTUAL experience of your body. Having lived through many months of debilitating chronic pain, I took this into account, choosing language I hope will be a fit for most.

I do believe I was able to overcome my suffering in part through such loving meditation. While kindling compassion and love in your being, I hope that discomforts and worries melt away in the moment. I hope you find yourself focused on what is whole and comfortable and at peace.
